I see the salesperson as an essential element of brand communication. They are one of the main showcases, the point of direct human contact with customers.

During my time with prestigious brands such as YSL Beauty and CELINE, I had the opportunity to support sales teams so that they fully embodied the brand message and passed on their passion. As a child of Generation Y, having grown up with the Internet, I quickly and naturally integrated digital technology into my pedagogical approaches.

Today, at The Wind Rose, I support luxury brands in the digitalization of their training programs. I enhance their employees’ expertise through personalized and engaging e-learning training modules.
